These surgeries include sedation if done in the office.  Many of these surgeries are done in the operating room & anesthesia is billed by the anesthesiologist who generally accepts your medical insurance.

 

Mandible fracture, maxillo-mandibular fixation (MMF):  $2,800 per fracture

Wiring the mouth closed to allow healing

 

Mandible fracture, maxillo-mandibular fixation (MMF) with open reduction:  $3,000 per fracture

Wiring the mouth closed to allow healing

 

Mandible fracture, open reduction & internal fixation (ORIF), intraoral approach:  $2,500 per fracture

Putting metal plates, screws, and/or wires on or into the bone to allow healing

 

Mandible fracture, open reduction & internal fixation (ORIF), extraoral approach:  $3,300 per fracture

Putting metal plates, screws, and/or wires on or into the bone to allow healing

 

Dentoalveolar fracture repair: $2,400 per fracture

 

Facial fracture, ORIF: $1,600 per fracture

Includes nose, maxilla, ZMC, orbit, frontal bone, and zygomatic arch

 

Nasal fracture, closed reduction:  $870

 

Coronal or bicoronal flap for access:  $1,000

Allows access to the forehead and upper face for trauma or pathology surgery

 

Laceration repair, simple: $600 per wound

Single layer closure

 

Laceration repair, intermediate: $860 per wound

Multiple layer closure

 

Laceration repair, complex: $1,120 per wound

Multiple layer and/or flap closure
