Affordable Dental Implant Surgery
River City Oral Surgery is the nationwide leader in up-front, affordable, and fair pricing. We offer single implants to replace one tooth or multiple implants to replace all the teeth in a jaw.
For more information about dental implants, read our Dental Implant Fact Sheet.
We do offer a 5 year warranty on our implants. Details are available here.
If a patient is not eligible for the 5 year warranty, 3 months of routine post-operative care is included. Routine post-operative care means minor complications, loss of the actual implant is not covered in the 3 month routine post-operative care.
Placement of a Dental Implant(s): $1,500 each

General anesthesia means you are completely, totally asleep like you were having your appendix out. This is not sedation or some kind of twilight sleep. This is real anesthesia by a real anesthesiologist who is cardiac trained. They may have been doing a heart transplant the day before your surgery. It doesn’t get any better!
River City OMS is working with a well-established, local, real prosthodontist to offer implants and prostheses to replace all the teeth in a jaw. Prosthodontists are real dental specialists who go through years of extra training after dental school.
You may have heard of this technique. It’s called “teeth in a day”, “All-on-4™”, a hybrid prosthesis, or a fixed denture. This is the procedure you see advertised where a patient goes in, has all of their bad teeth removed, and implants and new teeth placed in the same day. Typically, it costs $26,000 – $30,000 per jaw. We have been able to lower this to $23,900 with zirconia teeth instead of cheaper plastic teeth.
*Implant consultations are $200. The $200 is applied to the surgery price listed here if surgery is completed within 3 months of the consultation. If the consultation and surgery are on the same day, there is no separate charge for the consultation.
